Apartments: The department operates 1,094 reasonably priced and conveniently located unfurnished apartments for students, faculty and staff. The apartments are located at these sites: The West Village at 1945 East Sunnyside Avenue, the East Village in Research Park, and Medical Plaza Apartments (two 14-story high rise towers and five townhouses) at the southern end of the Health Sciences Center.
Houses/Duplexes: The department operates 7 unfurnished houses and 14 furnished and unfurnished duplex units in historic Fort Douglas.
Child Care:ECEC: The department operates the Early Childhood Education Center (ECEC). ECEC is accredited by the National Association for the Education of Young People (NAEYC). The program serves approximately sixty-five children, aged 2 to 5 years old. For more information, please call 801-581-8058.
